2024-07-27

Through the following meticulous operations, you can easily replace the spiral notebook with new paper, making the notebook look brand new and continue to accompany your study or work journey.

1. Material preparation

Selected spiral notebook: Choose a favorite spiral notebook, whether it is size, color or internal page layout, it must meet personal preferences and needs.

Prepare the appropriate paper: Cut or prepare paper of corresponding specifications according to the size of the selected notebook. A4 paper is a common choice, which can be cut to fit the size of the notebook.

Cutting tool selection: A small and sharp pair of scissors is a must-have, which is convenient for accurately cutting paper to make it fit the notebook perfectly.

Professional glue assistance: It is recommended to use glue designed specifically for notebooks, which can more effectively bond paper, reduce the risk of falling off, and ensure that the paper is stable.

2. Paper replacement steps

Remove the old paper: Open the spiral notebook, use scissors to carefully cut the connection between the old paper and the spiral ring, and then peel the old paper off the spiral shaft one by one.

Match the size of the new paper: Use the old paper as a template, place it on top of the new paper, and accurately cut out the new paper to ensure that its size is exactly the same as the old paper.

Glue the new paper securely: Apply a proper amount of glue evenly on the back of the new paper, paying special attention to the ends of the paper and the edges that touch the spiral ring to enhance the adhesive effect. Then, carefully adhere the new paper to the inner page of the spiral notebook.

Adjustment and leveling: After the glue is completed, gently press and adjust the new paper to ensure that it is flat and wrinkle-free, consistent with the other pages of the spiral notebook.

Repeat until completed: If you need to replace multiple sheets of paper, repeat the above steps until all the pages that need to be replaced are replaced with new paper.
